User Agreement

Wyatt's Toy Box ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") operates the website wyattstoybox.com, an online classifieds marketplace where users may list, discover, and arrange the local sale of toys, goods, and other items between private parties. Wyatt's Toy Box is a listing service only. We are not a party to any transaction between users, we do not hold inventory, and we do not broker, finance, ship, or deliver any item.

Wyatt's Toy Box is not a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and is not engaged in the business of selling, transferring, or dealing in firearms. The Platform does not store, handle, possess, ship, or transfer firearms on anyone's behalf. Any firearm listed on the Platform is owned by the listing user, and any sale of a firearm is a private transaction solely between the buyer and the seller.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every transaction you enter into complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Gun Control Act. You agree that:

• All firearm transfers will be conducted through a licensed FFL dealer where required by law, including background checks and the completion of ATF Form 4473.
• You will not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of a firearm to any person who is prohibited by law from possessing one, or to any person you have reasonable cause to believe is prohibited.
• You will comply with all state and local requirements, which may be stricter than federal law, including waiting periods, permit-to-purchase, age verification, and transfer documentation.
• You will not use the Platform to facilitate any unlawful transaction, including the sale of stolen goods, prohibited items, or items to buyers in jurisdictions where they are illegal.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS A LISTING SERVICE ONLY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYATT'S TOY BOX, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY TRANSACTION, COMMUNICATION, PAYMENT, DELIVERY, INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY INTERACTION WITH ANOTHER USER. ALL LISTINGS, TRANSACTIONS, AND EXCHANGES ARE UNDERTAKEN ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Wyatt's Toy Box does not verify the legality, ownership, condition, or accuracy of any listing, and does not guarantee the identity, trustworthiness, or compliance of any user. You must perform your own due diligence before completing any transaction.

You agree to provide accurate information, list only items you legally own and may lawfully sell, and conduct yourself lawfully and in good faith. You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by law for certain items) to use the Platform. We may remove any listing or suspend any account at our sole discretion.

Wyatt's Toy Box charges fees for optional listing plans and promotional boosts. These fees are for the listing service only and do not constitute a commission on, or participation in, any sale. All payments between buyers and sellers are arranged privately between the parties and are not processed, held, or guaranteed by the Platform.

We may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
